You complete 120 points from core courses, 120 points from major courses, 60 points from a compulsory minor in Professional Practice, and 60 points from a second minor (from either the Bachelor of Construction or another degree at AUT) or from electives.
As part of your first year, you’ll study five core courses that provide the foundation knowledge required for the Bachelor of Construction. You’ll also study two courses from your major, and one course from your Professional Practice minor.
You become more specialised in your chosen major. In your second year you’ll also study three core courses alongside your major courses, as well as two courses from your Professional Practice minor.

In your third and final year you complete a final core course alongside your major courses, and a 30-point project. You also complete the final course from your Professional Practice minor.
