Living in student accommodation is a comfortable and convenient option whether you're a first-year or postgraduate student, new to Auckland, or living away from home for the first time. AUT’s student accommodation is modern and secure, offering a social community just a few minutes' walk away from our City or North Campus.
There's no AUT accommodation here, but some of our students live in City Campus accommodation and use the AUT shuttle bus or public trains and buses to get to classes.
Learn about the COVID-19 plans and protocols we have in place and how we’ll support your health, safety and wellbeing when you live in our student accommodation.
Browse and download our handbook, house rules and other policies for residents of AUT's Wellesley Student Apartments (City Campus) and Akoranga Student Village (North Campus).
What's it like to live in student accommodation? It's a real community – as well as being just a few minutes' walk from campus, you'll get heaps of opportunities to meet other students, get involved with events and activities, and find help and support when you need it.
