To apply to live in student accommodation, you must use the online application systems.

Apply now for Wellesley Student Apartments (WSA) or Akoranga Student Village (ASV)

Apply online if you want to live at:

Wellesley Student Apartments (WSA), City Campus. Applications for Semester 2, 2024 are open
Akoranga Student Village (ASV), North Campus. Applications for Semester 2, 2024 are open

If you want to live with a friend at WSA or ASV, include their name when you apply. We’ll try to place you together, but we can’t guarantee it.

Applications for 2024 for Te Āhuru Mayoral Drive Student Accommodation (City Campus) are open.

If you're an international student, you must be 18 or over to live in AUT student accommodation.

If you're under 18 you must live with your parents or designated caregiver, or in a homestay.
