Student health and wellbeing

We actively encourage students to be aware of their wellness needs – mind, body and spirit. As an AUT student you have access to medical centres on campus, free and confidential counselling sessions, and programmes that help you develop your resilience and creativity, increase your confidence and be successful in your studies, career and life.

RUOK advisors

RUOK advisors are senior AUT students from different backgrounds and programmes who can relate to your experiences. Follow them on their social pages and connect with them online if you need someone to chat with.
