Payment options
You can pay your accommodation fees by instalment or as a one-off payment. If paying by instalment, a deposit is required.
Paying by instalment for one semester (20 weeks)
- Once you accept your Offer of Accommodation, you then need to pay your deposit, and then 2 weeks rent in advance to secure your room prior to your arrival.
- Deposit = 2 weeks board fees + Residential Life fee
Paying by instalment for a full year (40 weeks)
- Once you accept your Offer of Accommodation, you then need to pay your deposit, and then 2 weeks rent in advance to secure your room prior to your arrival.
- Deposit = 2 weeks board fees + Residential Life fee
Paying in full (one-off advanced board payment) for one semester
- Once you accept your Offer of Accommodation, you then need to pay your deposit, and then the remainder of the board fees in full to secure your room prior to your arrival.
- Deposit = 2 weeks board fees + Residential Life fee
- Remainder of board fees (18 weeks)
Paying in full (one-off advanced board payment) for a full year
- Once you accept your Offer of Accommodation, you then need to pay your deposit, and then the remainder of the board fees in full to secure your room prior to your arrival.

- Semester Only fee (applies if you book for one semester only): Equivalent to one week's rent, not included in the 19 weeks' board payment

- You must pay your total accommodation fees by the end of your payment date.

- Once you accept your Offer of Accommodation you then need to pay your deposit to secure your room.

- Deposit = 6 weeks advanced board fees + Residential Life fee + instalment plan fee
- Once you accept your Offer of Accommodation you then need to pay your deposit to secure your room.
Paying in full (one-off advanced board payment) for one semester
- 19 weeks advanced board fees + semester only fee + Residential Life fee
- Once you accept your Offer of Accommodation you then need to pay in full to secure your room.
