How to accept your Offer of Place

• Log into My AUT
• Your applications are shown on the homepage
• If you don’t see them, go to the My Account tab and select My Applications
• Find the programme you’ve been offered and select Review Offer
• Select Accept Offer

Once you’ve accepted, your application will move to the My Applications area in the My Account tab. Your homepage will update to reflect your new student status.

You can still withdraw from your programme for up to two weeks after the semester starts if your plans change. After that point, the withdraw option will come with reduced refund amounts. You can find more information about refunds

Accepting two Offers of Place for a double degree

If you’ve been offered a place in a double degree, you can only accept one offer online in My AUT.

To accept your second Offer of Place:

• Complete the enquiry form
• Select I am a current applicant
• Enter the information about the second offer you’d like to accept and submit
• A Student Hub advisor will accept the second offer for you

Don’t try to accept the second offer online yourself. Doing this can automatically withdraw you from the programme you’ve already accepted.
