My AUT – your home for student information
My AUT is our useful online student portal. It is your personalised space, containing everything you need to stay up-to-date with what’s happening at AUT.
You can use My AUT to:
- Easily access all your student information, including your programmes, student ID, enrolment, grades, etc
- Book study spaces and appointments with our online student services
- Track your personal and university life with your schedule
- Manage your AUT Wallet balance
- Find quick links to key services like Canvas, Arion or the AUT library
- Access your AUT community board and personalised news and events feed
Our online student services
Online counselling and mental health
We understand that some students feel more comfortable speaking to a counsellor or mental health advisor online. As an AUT student, you can make a free phone or video appointment with our experienced, caring team.
Online health coaches
Interested in taking a preventative, holistic approach to improving your physical and emotional health? Book a free appointment with a health coach in person or online.
AUT library services
The library provides online resources and support services to help you succeed academically. Learn how to improve in your assessments, cite research efficiently, understand your lecturers' feedback, and develop a range of other skills.
Career advice – Employability Lab online
The Employability Lab (Elab) Online can help you develop the skills to stand out to future employers. You can browse events, workshops, career-related jobs and useful resources, as well as book appointments with career advisors.

Sign into the student portal
To access the online portal, use the 'My AUT' button in the top right corner of the AUT website. You can also download the AUT App to access your student information on the go. You’ll need to use your AUT network login and password to log into the app.
