The Department of Management in the AUT Business School focuses on developing great managers and leaders – confident in their ability to influence organisational performance, foster inclusive workplaces, and grow healthy, happy and environmentally sustainable societies.

Our teaching and research focuses on organisations and work.  We offer expertise in organisational studies, human resources and employment relations, leadership, sustainability, ethics, diversity and health, safety and wellbeing at work.
