Advisory boards in AUT Business School

Connections with business are vital for ensuring that the AUT Business School remains relevant to the world of practice. We welcome the advice and input of local and globally based business people and alumni. We appreciate the commitment of all our advisory board members and recognise the high value of their contribution to the AUT Business School.

Industry Advisory Board

Through the broad local and international experience and perspectives of its members, this Board:

• Provides strategic advice on the AUT Business School’s vision and direction
• Informs on trends in business practice and employment
• Advises on initiatives to enhance the student learning experience

Members

International Alumni Reference Group

This group enables the AUT Business School to engage with alumni around the world. Through the experience and perspectives of its members, as both business professionals and alumni, the reference group provides input on matters that are of interest to alumni and that support the strategic objectives of the School.

We send the International Alumni Reference Group members an email communication three times a year with questions or topics to gather alumni input, opinions, and views on matters of interest to alumni and support the strategic objectives of the Business School. This approach allows us to explore topics of mutual interest flexibly and efficiently without the constraint of time zones.
