Dates and times for graduation

Graduation dates are generally published six months before the event. You’ll receive an official AUT correspondence with your specific ceremony details (day and time) closer to the event. We recommend that you wait to receive this information before you make travel arrangements.

To help in your planning for graduation, please note that ceremonies are generally 1½ to 2 hours long, but you should allow up to 3 hours overall from when you arrive to the end of your ceremony.
