Dates and times for graduation
Find out dates and times for upcoming AUT graduation ceremonies. Ceremonies are generally 1½ to 2 hours, but allow up to 3 hours overall from when you arrive to the end of your ceremony.
Winter graduation – 1 and 2 August 2024
Thursday 1 August
- Ceremony I - 10am - Business, Economics & Law A (Business, Law)
- Arrive by: 9.15am
- Doors close: 9.45am
- Ceremony starts: 10am
- Ceremony II - 1pm - Business, Economics & Law B (Business) and Health & Environmental Sciences A (Science, Sport & Recreation)
- Arrive by: 12.15pm
- Doors close: 12.45pm
- Ceremony starts: 1pm
- Ceremony III - 4pm - Health & Environmental Sciences B (Clinical, Health Sciences)
- Arrive by: 3.15pm
- Doors close: 3.45pm
- Ceremony starts: 4pm
Friday 2 August
- Ceremony I - 10am - Design & Creative Technologies A (Art & Design, Communication Studies, and Future Environments)
- Arrive by: 9.15am
- Doors close: 9.45am

- Ceremony II - 1pm - Design & Creative Technologies B (Engineering, Computing & Mathematics)
- Arrive by: 12.15pm
- Doors close: 12.45pm

AUT Summer Graduation
Completing your programme at the end of Semester 2, 2024? Summer graduation ceremonies are planned to be held on 10 and 11 December 2024.
We'll confirm the exact ceremony dates by mid-October 2024.
