Danelle has extensive experience in advising corporate and investment banking clients in complex domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including leveraged buy-outs and other acquisition financings, general corporate financings, asset finance transactions, infrastructure and project finance transactions, structured and tax-based financings, U.S. and European TLB and Yankee loan transactions, debt restructurings and work outs.

In the 2013 edition of  Chambers USA Danelle was named an “Up and Coming” attorney in Banking & Finance and in the 2017 edition of  IFLR1000 a "Rising Star" in Banking and Finance. Danelle has practiced law in New Zealand, Sydney, London and New York.
