We closed AUT Research Week 2024 with a reflection on how research can create positive change in professional practice.
Deputy Vice-Chancellor Research, Professor Mark Orams, chaired a panel discussion about how AUT research created the evidence base for improved diversity in NZ Cricket - with special guests Professor Lesley Ferkins (SPRINZ), Kelly McCallum and Martin Sneddon (former CEO, NZ Cricket).
Professor Orams closed with a reflection on AUT’s place as a research institution working for and with our communities, and how we can continually improve our research impact through effective external partnerships and collaboration.
