Partner with the School of Future Environments

AUT’s School of Future Environments is committed to innovative teaching, learning and research in built environment engineering, architecture and creative technologies.

With a focus on the creative design and construction of our built environments for a more sustainable future, we’re ideally placed to address both local and global issues – from Auckland’s housing crisis to the impacts of climate change on our ways of life.

Partnering with us means partnering with academic experts, researchers, thought leaders and high-calibre students; all working together to create tangible change for a sustainable future.

How you can partner with AUT’s School of Future Environments

Many AUT degrees include work integrated learning, a chance for students to complete workplace experience in an industry organisation, apply what they’ve learnt in the classroom and make valuable industry connections.

Workplace experience and mentoring enables organisations to build valuable relationships with students as potential employees, while supporting students’ development.

Placements benefit both the employer and the student – your organisation can get help on a project, while students gain relevant experience and credits toward their programme of study.
