This minor develops your skills in molecular genetics and genomics. You’ll be introduced to genomic approaches and bioinformatics skills, and will learn to appreciate the applications of molecular genetics to various aspects of science and society. It’s also good preparation if you’re planning to take on postgraduate research in molecular genetics and genomics.
This minor isn’t available to students undertaking a major in Biological Science or a minor in Microbiology.
