Artworks from AUT's art collection are displayed in buildings across our City, North and South campuses where students, staff and visitors can enjoy them. The collection is a resource for research and study, but also contributes to the cultural and educational enrichment of AUT and our community – celebrating our students, stories, values and our journey.

AUT's art collection is managed by the Faculty of Design and Creative Technologies and overseen by the AUT Art on Campus Advisory Group. The collection aims to showcase work and collaboration projects aligned with AUT, while enhancing the way we experience the spaces we use for education and celebration.
Our networks with loan programmes, industry, private collectors, art communities and local institutions provide us with access to a variety of artworks, and these relationships help our students and staff create direct links with professional networks across New Zealand's art industry.
