This is a free public event to celebrate World Mental Health Day on October 10, hosted by AUT.
Co-hosts include the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, Waitemata District Health Board and Te Pou o te Whakaaro Nui.
Speakers will address mental health issues relevant to young people. There will also be a discussion on what good mental health looks like.
