This seminar is open to the public and hosted by AUT Investment Club.
Guest speaker Simon Power has extensive experience in both public and private sectors, notably as General Manager Westpac NZ and minister of finance in the previous government. Simon will be discussing his perspective on the outlook for New Zealand’s economy.
About Simon Power
Simon Power is the General Manger for Commercial Corporate and Institutional at Westpac Bank. Prior to that, Simon was General Manager of Consumer Banking and Wealth and headed up Westpac’s Private Bank. Simon previously served as the Minister of Justice, Minister of State Owned Enterprises and the Minister of Commerce in the National Government from 2008/2011.
