The most interesting careers rarely follow a straight line.
Join us for the Great Graduates Speaker Series – International, a live online conversation with AUT alumnus Andrew McKechnie – someone who’s built his career in spaces where the future isn’t clearly mapped out yet.
Together with senior lecturer in marketing and international business, Amy Errmann, we’ll explore:
- How rapidly evolving technology has taken centre stage in his work – and what from his experience studying at AUT still holds value
- What it takes to operate in uncertainty and how to build confidence in the grey areas
- What he’d tell his 20-year-old self, knowing what he knows now
- Why he’s drawn to ‘white space’ – those undefined, high-potential environments
- The technologies and mindsets new graduates should focus on to stay relevant and stand out
Wherever you are in the world, this is your chance to reconnect with your AUT community and get a fresh perspective on where your own path could lead.
