AUT People Plan: Thriving People, Thriving Future
At AUT, our people are the plan. Thriving People, Thriving Future is our People Plan – setting out how we develop, support and invest in the people who make this university what it is, through to 2030.
Grounded in the commitments of Te Aronui and responding directly to the people-focused aspirations of Te Kete, this plan was shaped by around 5,000 contributions from staff across AUT through the Your Voice Engagement Survey, workshops and conversations across the university.
Our values – pono, tika and aroha – are foundational. They guide our actions, relationships and integrity. Together they strengthen and support our collective efforts.
Whano, whano, haramai te toki! Haumi e, hui e, tāiki e!
AUT People Plan
Every contribution strengthens the whole. Together, we build and uplift one another. Nō reira, nau mai – welcome into this vision, this kaupapa, and this plan.
