Want some help with considering your career options and developing the skills to become highly employable? As an AUT student, you can drop in and visit us at any of the campuses or make an appointment through Elab Online to see an employability and career specialist in person or online.
The Employability Lab at the City Campus in WA202 is our dedicated space where we run employer events, workshops, appointments, drop-ins etc. Employability and career specialists are also based within the Student Hubs of the North Campus and South Campus.
Our team is based at the Employability Lab on the City Campus. You're welcome to drop in any time to ask a question, chat, use our resources or attend the employability workshops we run here regularly.

Elab Online is where you’ll find heaps of resources to use whenever you need them. You can also browse career-related jobs, internships and graduate programme vacancies. Check in regularly because events, workshops, jobs and resources are updated frequently.
It’s easy to log in – just choose ‘Current student’ and enter your AUT student ID number and password.
Meet employers and hear about great job opportunities at events like career expos and presentations. You could also join our regular career development workshops and recruitment events to hear from industry experts and AUT alumni, and develop your networking skills.
