We calculate the cost of AUT accommodation over the full period of a semester or year. Accommodation fees include internet and power at all of our locations: Te Āhuru Mayoral Drive Student Accommodation, Wellesley Student Apartments and Akoranga Student Village.

You can pay your accommodation fees by instalment or as a one-off payment. If paying by instalment, a deposit is required.
