Wellness Toolkit sessions for postgrad students

Come along to our Wellness Toolkit sessions for postgraduate students so you can build your own set of 'tools' to enhance your resilience and wellbeing. Remember that the most important element of your study or research is you!

During these sessions an AUT mental health advisor/counsellor will talk through a specific topic that will be helpful and relevant for your postgraduate research journey.
