Artist and AUT 3D lab technician Erika Holm is a 2026 recipient of an Arts Foundation Te Tumu Toi Springboard award for visual arts.

Erika's work explores desire, ornamentation and objects as vessels of longing.

“I was ecstatic when I got the phone call about receiving the award. I’m so grateful. Springboard comes at a pivotal time for my practice after a series of shows last year, allowing me to continue working with the materials essential for my sculptural practice,” Erika says.
