Associate Professor David Robie, Director of AUT’s Pacific Media Centre, appeared as part of a panel on TVNZ 7's Media7 programme (15 April) to discuss Pacific press freedom and Fiji’s draft media decree. Robie was joined on the panel by TVNZ Pacific Correspondent Barbara Dreaver and Chair of the Commonwealth Press Union’s Media Freedom Committee, Tim Pankhurst.

The 4th Auckland Triennial, “Last Ride in a Hot Air Balloon”, is based on the theme of risk and adventure in art today and features work by 27 New Zealand and international artists.
