Join us as we officially launch NowNet Arts 2026, an international conference and creative symposium exploring the future of network arts, creative technologies, performance, research and global collaboration. This year's conference theme, Future Environments Through Network Arts, brings together artists, researchers, educators and industry professionals from around the world to explore how network arts can shape new creative futures.
Hosted by Auckland University of Technology – School of Future Environments, this opening evening is an opportunity to meet delegates, artists, researchers and creative practitioners while hearing from the conference's Future Environments lead Clinton Watkins (AUT), who will officially welcome attendees to the Auckland programme.
Enjoy an informal evening of conversation, networking and creative exchange as we celebrate the start of a week of inspiring presentations, performances and discussions.
Whether you're attending the conference or simply interested in contemporary digital arts, performance, creative technologies and interdisciplinary research, we'd love to welcome you.
