AUT Law School is proud to host the Great Graduate Speaker Series, with AUT law alumnus Charlie Piho discussing diversity in the law: how our legal profession can do more to reflect the rich diversity of the communities and organisations we represent.
Charlie is a Senior Crown Prosecutor with Kayes Fletcher Walker, at the office of the Manukau Crown Solicitor. He is a criminal trial lawyer in South Auckland and will be addressing diversity in law and discuss topics such as:
Charlie Piho is a proud New Zealand-born Cook Islander. He is a husband and a father of two young children. Charlie was in the first graduating class of the AUT Law School in 2013. His first two years were with a large commercial firm after law school, he then joined the whānau at Kayes Fletcher Walker, working predominantly in the Manukau District Court where he has prosecuted serious crimes in South Auckland for more than seven years.
