Join Dr John Roche as he visits AUT for this special presentation, chaired by Vice-Chancellor Professor Damon Salesa. In his talk entitled “Bridging Science and Policy: Turning Evidence into Action” Dr Roche will discuss the role of the Prime Minister’s Chief Science Advisor and his perspective four months into his appointment.
He will also talk about the Prime Minister’s Science, Innovation and Technology Advisory Council (PMSTAC) and government priorities for research, science, innovation, and technology. There will be opportunities to ask questions and engage in dialogue
