The Fitness Foundations course is designed to give you the scientific skills you need for a career in exercise, sport and fitness. You'll learn how to give an effective client pre-screening, fitness assessment and exercise prescription

Face-to-face, on-campus teaching and learning

Students are required to attend class in person, on campus.
