Certificate of Proficiency Fitness Foundations

The Fitness Foundations course is designed to give you the scientific skills you need for a career in exercise, sport and fitness. You'll learn how to give an effective client pre-screening, fitness assessment, exercise prescription, and exercise demonstration.

Face-to-face on-campus teaching and learning

Students are required to attend class in person, on campus.
