Human Resource Management and Employment Relations
This additional major or minor is for students who want to understand people and relationships at work. You’ll learn how to support employees to enhance organisational performance, and how to manage the dynamics of competing interests in the workplace.
You can choose courses that will give you an insight into the future of work in terms of the changing nature of jobs, organisations and labour markets. You can also learn about diversity, global mobility, employment relationships and occupational health, safety and conflict management.
