Data Analytics for Business
Data analytics is the process of deriving knowledge from the vast amount of information that companies, government agencies and other bodies have about their customers and the population in general.
In this minor you develop an understanding of the methods, models and software used to draw conclusions from large data sets, and how to use those conclusions to aid businesses and organisations in decision-making and value creation. Students with these skill-sets are employable in a wide range of jobs and organisations including businesses, government and consultancy firms.
