Communication Design

As a visual arts student, you can choose an additional major in communication design and learn to apply graphic design and digital skills to create typographic and visual meaning in graphic and interaction design, branding, illustration, photography, advertising, motion graphics and art direction.

Available as a major only.

Major must include

120 points from the following courses.

Level 5 course

• GRAD511 Communication Design Practice I

Level 6 courses

• GRAD611 Communication Design Practice II
• GRAD612 Communication Design Practice III

Level 7 course

• GRAD711 Communication Design Practice IV*
