Microsoft 365
Microsoft 365 is your cloud hub for Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, and OneDrive for Business, that AUT students can access for free. Students can use the apps on the cloud or download them onto their personal devices.
You can use Microsoft 365 to:
- Access your Office applications on multiple devices
- Connect with your classmates and share information on Teams
- Store your files in OneDrive and access them anywhere, anytime
- Share your files with your classmates and work on them together
- Access your AUT email
- Sync your calendar to your timetable
You'll need an internet connection to access your Microsoft 365 applications while you're studying at AUT. Because they're cloud-based, you can access and use the applications from any location (you don't have to use an AUT computer).
Free to download for all students
You can download the whole Office 365 suite for free from Microsoft 365 onto your personal devices. You can do this from home and install it on up to five different devices.
