Software you can use
Specialised faculty software
Tech Central computers are loaded with various faculty images like business, computer science-engineering and hospitality. These computers host specialised applications as specifically required by AUT faculties. For example, computer science and engineering computers will have software and applications which business computers may not have.
However, all the computers have the same general image which consists of the basic applications like the Microsoft Office Suite.
Other software students can use or download
AUT licensed versions of EndNote and other software packages are also available.
Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- All students: Adobe Creative Cloud ‘Student Starter Pack’ (Adobe website)
- Some students (depends on your courses): full Adobe Creative Cloud suite (sign-in required)
