Students' letter of completion

We understand how important your Completion Letter is for visa, employment and further study purposes.

You can request your Completion Letter through the MyAUT app:
My Account > Forms & Request > Student Letter Request

Once you’ve submitted your request, you’ll receive your letter via Arion Correspondence within 24 hours.

When your Completion Letter can be issued

The Completion Letter can only be issued

• After your final results are released; and
• Your eligibility to graduate is confirmed through our internal verification processes

Even if your results appear on platforms like Canvas or Arion, your faculty must complete all compliance checks before the letter is issued.

To maintain accuracy and meet legal requirements, this process can't be expedited. You don't need to contact the graduation team. If your letter isn’t available to be requested via the app, that’s an indication that our internal checks still need to be completed.
