Students' letter of completion

Finished your programme? You can request your completion letter in Arion. AUT's student letter of completion is an additional document confirming you've finished your programme – this may be used for visa applications, employment and further study.

Go to: My Account > Forms & Request > Student Letter Request

Once you’ve submitted your request, you’ll receive your letter via My AUT within 24 hours.

When can I get my completion letter?

You can request your completion letter once your final results are released and your eligibility to graduate is confirmed through our checks.

Even if your results show in Canvas or Arion, there are a few final compliance checks your faculty needs to complete first. If the request option isn’t available yet, things are still being wrapped up. No need to contact us – it’ll be ready as soon as everything’s confirmed, so check back regularly.
