Midwives provide care and support to pregnant people, their partners and family during pregnancy and after childbirth. They deliver babies and may assist surgeons during caesarean births.

  • Care for pregnant people during pregnancy and childbirth
  • Measure the physical or physiological attributes of patients
  • Develop medical treatment plans
