  • Prepare and communicate scientific and technical reports and presentations
  • Advise others on kaupapa Māori and other research frameworks, Māori data, and community initiatives
  • Manage the protection of knowledge when storing and sharing information
  • Review and evaluate research that affects Māori
  • Protect and promote kaupapa Māori research
