Topping up your print and internet account
As an AUT student you can top up your print and internet account via the AUT App and online.
Printing and copying costs for AUT students are low, so consider topping up in small amounts, like $2 or $5, especially if you're in your last semester.
Topping up online via your AUT Wallet
- You can top up online by:
- Using the AUT App
- Logging into My AUT
To top you need to:
- Deposit money into your AUT Wallet
- Transfer it to your internet or print account

Requesting a refund
If you're leaving AUT, you can request a refund by emailing walletrefund@aut.ac.nz for any money which you personally have topped up – you can’t be reimbursed for funds which AUT has provided (for example a printing allowance as part of your enrolment at AUT).
