Classes at Strathclyde will usually be 20 credits, so students will typically take 3 classes for the semester while on exchange.
Typically, undergraduate students will spend three years studying a single subject that forms their course (major)
Students may choose classes from a maximum of two departments: one primary department and one secondary department.
There must be a minimum of 60% classes (40 credits) in the primary department, and up to 20 credits can be selected from a secondary department.
Limited options are available for the following AUT majors, and students will need to carefully check they can make up the necessary credits: creative writing, journalism, computer science, data science, hospitality management, mechanical engineering, software development, software engineering.
