Temping at AUT may suit you if you:

  • Are actively looking for temporary work
  • Want to temp for at least six months
  • Have strong administrative experience

What we look for in our temps

You're reliable, adaptable and at home in a fast-paced environment – with strong time management, customer service skills and solid all-round software and computer experience.

Roles vary by department, so flexibility is everything: the work, the location and the duration are all shaped by what teams need and when.

How to register as a temp

We recruit to the pool periodically. Register now and we will email you when we're next taking on new temps:

  1. Register your details and upload your CV on AUT's careers site
  2. In the 'Profile' section, go to 'Employment type' and tick the 'Temps on Campus' checkbox
  3. Tick the 'Job alert emails' checkbox
