The Bachelor of Art and Design (Honours) provides an opportunity for high-achieving students to extend their undergraduate studies with an intensive year of research.

You will use research methodologies to contextualize and underpin a single large studio project in which you will be able to develop your research, problem solving, communication and analytical skills to a professional level.

Entry Requirements

  • University Entrance
  • You must have completed the Bachelor of Design or the Bachelor of Visual Arts with a B grade average or higher in papers at level 7, or equivalent. A portfolio of work and a selection interview may be required.

    You must submit a research proposal for approval prior to enrolment.
