  • the Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences or equivalent or
  • the Graduate Diploma in Computer and Information Sciences or equivalent or
  • a relevant professional qualification or professional experience approved by the Dean to be equivalent to a bachelor’s degree

Structure and Content

Most papers last one semester and are worth 15 points. You must complete 120 points in total. You take one compulsory Research Methods paper, and the remaining papers will be chosen from the discipline clusters below:

It is recommended that students who plan to proceed to the Master's degree after successfully completing the Postgraduate Diploma include 408221 Research Methods II in their programme of study.
