Body Composition Assessment (Anthropometry 3)

The ISAK Anthropometry Level 3 is an instructor level course where you will take the knowledge and skills you acquired during Anthropometry Level 1 and 2 and learn how to teach them to others. As well as sharpening your skills, you will learn about the pedagogy of teaching, as well as the contents and requirements of ISAK courses and how to structure them. There is a focused curriculum that successfully aligns the application of the skill across an interdisciplinary selection of careers. As part of your level 3 course, you will assist in the instruction of the AUT level 1 and 2 courses. You will get hand-on experience and personal teaching tips from some of the best anthropometry instructors around.

The ISAK Level 3 qualification is an internationally recognised qualification that will enable you to run you own courses anywhere in the world under the banner of the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry (ISAK).

AUT’s Level 3 course is led by Professor Patria Hume, an ISAK accredited Level 4 Anthropometrist, who has extensive experience hosting level 1, 2 and 3 courses, as well as vast practical measurement experience. Patria is supported by a team of level 3 anthropometrists.

All body composition/anthropometry courses are taught at AUT Millennium.
