The Master of Educational Leadership is designed for experienced educators and leaders who want to advance their professional practice skills. This qualification is particularly suited to current and aspiring leaders within education.
Throughout this programme, you further your leadership skills, and will be prepared to undertake or continue into leadership roles in educational organisations. It covers educational leadership issues in early childhood, compulsory and tertiary education, offering an inclusive approach to issues of cultural diversity in a complex environment.

There's a mix of classes and online support and activities. Each paper has 3 full-day classes, plus 1 or 2 evening classes.
You can choose from a research-based pathway and a paper-based pathway. In the research pathway you have the opportunity to investigate an issue, innovation or problem of your choice.
Students completing the professional (paper-based) pathway may also choose an additional paper from one of our Master of Education or Master of Education Practice. You should discuss this with your programme leader.
