Administration of Estates

Outline

The administration of estates, assists executors and administrators in the core aspects of estate administration, including obtaining probate or letters of administration, addressing cross-border issues, dealing with creditors, potential claimants and beneficiaries, the transmission of assets and dealing with insolvent estates.

Enrolment information

Course dates:  11 March to 17 June 2018 
Weekend workshop 1:  7 and 8 April 2018, 9am to 4pm with an hour for lunch 
Weekend workshop 2:  19 and 20 May 2018, 9am to 4pm with an hour for lunch
Take-home exam dates:  Released Friday 1 June and due back Friday 15 June
