Integrated shopping experiences extend from the shop floor to Facebook, Twitter, email marketing, texting, television, radio, direct mail, catalogues etc. Businesses need staff who are confident and competent at taking an interactive, omni-channel approach to business solutions and who know how to identify customers and connect with them in meaningful ways.
