Decision makers
When applications are received by TeachNZ they will be checked to ensure they meet all eligibility criteria. Any relevant information is gathered from your tertiary provider. A selection panel of made up experts, who are fluent in te reo Māori will then meet to assess applicants against the factors listed in the application guide.
How and when do students learn of the decision?
We will let you know when we have received your application. Please contact us if your application has not been acknowledged within one week of the closing date. We will consider your application and let you know via post whether you have been offered a scholarship.
