An in-depth examination of the workforce challenges and strategies within contemporary organisations. Using the themes of Identity, Ideology, Power, Labour Market Segregation, and Decolonisation, students will critically reflect on how a changing world requires alternative approaches for equity, equality and optimal social impact. Inclusive practices, policy, training and evaluation, current work issues, and te ao Māori are also explored.
