Following on from the course EDUC514 Te Reo Māori and Tikanga II, this course introduces students to critical elements of Māori in history, i.e. colonial hegemony and tino rangatiratanga. This course further enables students to engage positively and meaningfully with tauira Māori and their communities through wānanga.
