Drawing on interdisciplinary studies of hospitality, students will explore critical and ethical perspectives of hospitality and its role in society beyond a mere commercial focus. Participating in a real-life community project, students will critically examine the potential of hospitality for achieving hospitable societies through a focus on effective stakeholder skills, practices and dialogue.
